Business Analyst – D365 / Microsoft Dynamics CE

Hybrid - Work from home but with upto 2-3 x days per week site visits - UK and France

Car needed and willingness and eagerness to travel weekly with work - Fully expensed

6 - 12 months | Outside IR35 £500-£600 per day


A high-growth, acquisitive business is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on Integration Projects. These primarily orient around integrating CRM into D365 / Microsoft Dynamics across the CE, CRM, Field Service and Customer Service modules.


Day to day work will be home based, but you will be expected to travel to the site of acquired businesses to scope out the requirements. These can be in the UK and France, so an enjoyment of regular weekly travel is essential. Access to your own car will be critical.


The Role

You’ll work closely with multiple acquired businesses, reviewing and documenting their end-to-end processes and overlaying these onto D365. This will include gap analysis, working with Functional Consultants to resolve gaps through system changes, enhancements, or by feeding clear requirements into the product roadmap and backlog.

  • Analyse business processes across multiple acquired businesses.
  • Overlay current and future processes onto D365 CE
  • Identify gaps and work with Functional Consultants on solutions
  • Define and manage requirements feeding into the D365 product roadmap
  • Act as the central point of knowledge for business process and D365-related requirements
  • Help anticipate how future acquisitions and regional differences will impact the product design


What They’re Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst with a heavy process focus
  • Any experience either integrating businesses or working on D365 CE implementations will be highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working in high-growth, fast paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders and businesses.
  • Able to think strategically about future-state design while delivering in the here and now.
  • European Languages, especially French, German or Spanish, would be highly desirable.
