SAP S/4HANA UAT Test Lead (SAP & Non-SAP Integration) - 12 Months - £750 Per Day - Outside IR35

Please note this role requires 3 days per week onsite in Luton, UK, with 2 days remote.

We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Lead to lead the end-to-end business testing of a major ERP transformation programme, ensuring SAP and Non-SAP systems are fully validated, seamlessly integrated, and ready to support business operations at go-live.

Overview:

You will be responsible for defining and leading the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy across complex business and technology workstreams, acting as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and deployment functions.

Working across SAP and integrated Non-SAP applications, you will oversee testing governance, defect management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring high-quality test execution, business readiness, and successful deployment.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Test Management at Test Lead level
• Proven experience managing SIT and UAT for large-scale SAP transformation programmes
• Strong experience testing complex SAP and integrated Non-SAP environments
• Experience managing testing across multiple business functions and global time zones
• Ability to define testing strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience overseeing defect management, reporting, and testing tools
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

Desirable Skills:

• Project management experience
