We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a global HR transformation programme in the, supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and the delivery of business change across UK, America and multiple countries.

You will be responsible for programme governance, stakeholder management, delivery planning, process harmonisation, deployment readiness, and ensuring successful adoption of new HR ways of working. Working closely with HR, IT, Change, and senior business leaders, you will drive delivery while managing risks, dependencies, and key programme milestones.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience leading large-scale HR transformation or HRIS programmes
• Strong project management and governance expertise
• Experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors programmes preferred
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders in complex global environments
• Strong change, deployment, and business readiness experience
