Data Test Analyst - London Market Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Data Test Analyst to join a major data and reporting transformation programme within the London Market insurance sector. Working across two Lloyd's syndicates, you will play a key role in validating reporting outputs generated from an Alteryx-based data platform, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and compliance with business requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on testing professional with strong SQL and data validation expertise, combined with a solid understanding of London Market insurance processes.

Key Skills & Experience of the Data Test Analyst

• Strong SQL skills, including complex query writing, data analysis, troubleshooting, and automated test development.
• Proven experience testing data warehouses, ETL processes, data migration projects, or reporting platforms.
• Experience working with Alteryx or similar data transformation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Jira for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to investigate, reconcile, and explain data discrepancies.
• Experience validating complex data transformations, reporting outputs, and data quality controls within financial or insurance environments.
• Strong Insurance industry experience, ideally Lloyds Market Insurance

Rate: £550 - £600 P/D Outside IR35
Location: London EC3A, 3 days per week
Contract Duration: 6 months
