🚀 Dynamics CRM Trainer (Remote | Outside IR35)

We’re working with a client who is about to go live with a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) implementation and are looking for an experienced CRM Trainer to support the programme.

This is a remote contract role (Outside IR35).

🔎 Overview of the role

The initial focus (first month) will be to review the configuration delivered by the SI partner and provide feedback on:

• Usability and user experience
• Alignment to real business processes
• Potential adoption or training risks
• Improvements from an end-user perspective

This is not a hands-on configuration role — the expectation is advisory input only, ensuring the system is fit for purpose before wider rollout and training.

After the review phase, the role will move into:

• End-user training delivery
• Creation of training materials and guides
• Supporting adoption and change activity
• Working closely with business stakeholders to embed the system

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM / CE Trainer
• Good understanding of CRM configuration and business processes
• Confident reviewing SI-built solutions and challenging where needed
• Experience delivering training in CRM/enterprise system environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
