DMS Business Analyst - M-Files - Change & Training - Financial Services experience required for an urgent start. The DMS Business Analyst - M-Files - Change & Training experience will be working for an established financial services organisation supporting the rollout and transition of a Document Management System.

DMS Business Analyst - M-Files - Change & Training - Financial Services experience key skills:

• Strong experience working with Document Management Systems (DMS), ideally M-Files
• Experience supporting DMS rollouts, migrations, or platform transitions within enterprise environments
• Experience delivering user training programmes including workshops, floor walking and end-user support
• Comfortable presenting to large groups and driving adoption across business teams
• Experience working within Financial Services environments (Insurance experience beneficial but not essential)
• Experience working with stakeholders to rationalise and simplify DMS usage across multiple business functions
• Strong change management and business engagement experience
