We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant with strong UK Payroll and Pension experience, ideally within Central Government or Public Sector environments.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience delivering and supporting Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions, with particular focus on UK pensions and Civil Service Pension Schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead/support Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and implementation activities
- Configure and support UK Payroll statutory requirements
- Support pension-related payroll processing and configuration
- Work with business stakeholders to gather payroll and pension requirements
- Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas and calculation cards
- Support payroll testing, UAT and parallel runs
- Assist with payroll reporting, interfaces and reconciliations
- Work closely with HR, Finance and Pension stakeholders
- Support integrations with pension providers and third-party systems
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll (UK)

Pension & Civil Service Pension Experience

- Civil Service Pension Schemes (CSPS/PCSPS)

- MyCSP integrations/interfaces
- Public Sector or Government payroll environments
- Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes
- Pensionable earnings and contribution calculations
- Auto Enrolment and salary sacrifice pensions
