Project Coordinator/PMO (SC Cleared) Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/PMO to support network upgrades and overnight migrations in a fast-paced environment.
Active SC Clearance and telecoms experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site upgrades and overnight migrations
- Schedule and manage engineers/field teams
- Raise and manage CRQs in line with change processes
- Submit and track changes in Remedy/ACE (or similar)
- Maintain Excel trackers and reporting
- Monitor hardware stock levels
- Raise and track Purchase Orders
- Provide updates on progress, risks, and issues
Essential Skills & Experience
- Active SC Clearance
- Proven PMO/Project Coordination experience
- Strong telecommunications background
- Hands-on experience raising CRQs
- Knowledge of ITIL/Change Management
- Experience with Remedy/ACE or similar tools
- Experience supporting network upgrades/migrations
- Strong Excel and organisational skills
- Experience managing hardware and stock
- Experience raising POs
- Ability to work in time-critical environments
