A leading London-based Asset Manager is looking to hire an experienced Front Office Business Analyst to join a high-profile trading technology programme focused on Fixed Income and Order Management platforms.

This is a business-critical role sitting at the intersection of Front Office, Trading, Operations, and Technology, working on a range of strategic enhancements and platform change initiatives across the investment management landscape.

The successful candidate will work closely with traders, portfolio managers, technology teams, and senior business stakeholders to help shape and deliver improvements across trading workflows, OMS functionality, and front-office processes.

The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and suited to someone comfortable operating across both business and technical teams within complex buy-side environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner directly with Front Office stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements
• Work across OMS-related change initiatives, platform enhancements, workflow optimisation, and trading process improvements
• Support the delivery of Fixed Income trading technology projects spanning both business and IT functions
• Liaise with development, support, and vendor teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery
• Contribute to configuration, testing, process analysis, and functional design activities where required
• Act as a key bridge between investment teams and technology functions

Required experience:

• Strong Business Analysis experience within Front Office Asset Management environments
• Excellent understanding of Fixed Income trading workflows and investment management operations
• Previous experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) within buy-side organisations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively across both business-facing and technical delivery teams

Desirable:

• Charles River experience is highly desirable, although candidates with experience across other OMS platforms will also be considered
• OMS configuration experience
• Exposure to trading platform transformation or migration programmes
• Experience working across Front Office technology change initiatives within Asset Management or Investment Management firms
