We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) professional responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting business solutions within the ERP ecosystem. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring system efficiency, and supporting digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will lead the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of complex D365 F&O environments for our global clients. This role also owns cross-cutting delivery components including environment strategy, integration architecture, data model and migration (including Legacy migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP), cutover planning, reporting strategy, and governance for a controlled and auditable close process.

Key Responsibilities.
Operations: Oversee day-to-day D365 F&O support activities, focusing heavily on core Finance modules..
Incident & Escalation Management: Act as the L3 escalation point for complex functional incidents. Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with technical teams to deploy sustainable fixes..
Power Platform Integration: Identify business scenarios where Power Apps extend F&O capabilities. Design end-to-end process flows involving F&O, Power Apps, and Power Automate..
Low-Code Solutions: Translate F&O business requirements into low-code solutions, optimizing processes rather than building logic outside the ERP unnecessarily..
Enhancements & Change Requests (CRs): Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and author Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for continuous system improvements..
Financial Close Support: Provide critical support to client finance teams during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes..
Stakeholder & SLA Management: Conduct regular service review meetings with client stakeholders to report on SLA metrics, ticket volumes, and system health..
Team Governance: Mentor junior support consultants, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.

Core Requirements & Must-Haves.
Experience: 7 to 9 years of overall ERP experience, with a significant portion dedicated to D365 F&O. Implementation hands-on must have for all financial and operations workflows. Advanced expertise in X++, Visual Studio, .NET/C#, SQL, JavaScript, and modern D365 extension frameworks, capable of building scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized solutions.. Deep experience with DMF, Data Entities, SSRS, ER, Power Apps, and data migration processes. Hands-on proficiency with Azure integrations including Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and event-driven architectures.. Strong knowledge of LCS, deployments, PPAC, Dual-write, BYOD, and environment monitoring, plus broad Power Platform experience. Excellent problem-solver with proven leadership and developer mentorship capabilities.. Dedicated AMS/Support Pedigree: Must have explicit experience in post-go-live support, acting as an L3 escalation point. Pure end-to-end implementation experience is not sufficient; deep knowledge of SLA management, ITIL processes, and ticketing tools (eg, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Fabric) is required..
