SAP Data Migration Analyst - Midland iTrent Payroll/SAP Business Objects

London/Hybrid (2 days onsite, flexibility available)

£900/day Outside IR35

We're supporting a major ERP transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Analyst to join a high-profile organisation to support the migration of HR and payroll data into SAP ERP Public Cloud.

This role will focus on HR and payroll data migration activities as part of a large-scale SAP ERP Public Cloud implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support migration of HR and payroll data into SAP ERP Public Cloud
• Work with Oracle HR/Midland iTrent and SAP Business Objects data extraction
• Develop and maintain data extraction routines and migration processes
• Translate business requirements into technical migration solutions
• Support application incidents, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and system integrators
• Assist with deployment, patching, and upgrade activities

Experience Required

• Strong experience with Midland iTrent HR/payroll systems
• Expertise in SAP Business Objects, including reporting and data extraction
• Experience handling payroll and HR data migrations
• SAP experience desirable
• Strong stakeholder engagement and technical analysis skills
• Experience within large transformation programmes preferred
