Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimising SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules to support our clients' HR transformation initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules (eg, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Career Development Planning).
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions in line with best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define project scope and deliverables.
• Provide expert advice on talent management processes and system capabilities.
• Support data migration, integration, and system testing activities.
• Deliver end-user training and create supporting documentation.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
• Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and new features.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules.
• Strong understanding of HR and talent management processes.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of integration tools and data migration processes.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred).
