Oracle HR Programme Director - £800-850 (Outside IR35) – eCommerce – London (Hybrid) at Ventula Consulting, London Area, £Contract Rate

Leading eCommerce client now requires an experienced Oracle HR Programme Director to lead the end-to-end implementation of their Oracle HR platform. Working in close partnership with the Oracle HR Finance Programme Director, you will drive delivery across all HR workstreams — from design and configuration through to testing, change management, and go-live.

You will ensure seamless integration between HR and Finance workstreams, sharing governance rhythms and resolving cross-programme dependencies. This will also be a complex cross-border implementation.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Oracle HCM delivery experience
• End-to-end programme management skills.
• Experience with cross border complex HR implementations.
• HR systems transformation experience.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Must be fluent in both French and English due to cross border stakeholders.
• Change management experience

This role is an initial 6-month contract role which provides a daily rate of up to £850 (Outside IR35).

In terms of working structure, this is hybrid with 2 days per week in our clients London office and frequent travel to their European offices.
