Business Analyst - Remote

Salary: £400 per day Outside IR35

A leading UK insurance company is looking for a Business Analyst - Insurance Claims. This is an initial six-month interim contract focused on a high-impact Claims Transformation Programme and major integration initiative. The role involves reshaping claims processes within a fast-paced Agile environment to enhance automation and customer outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Leading analysis activities to define and deliver automation-led claims solutions

• Designing future-state processes to enhance control, compliance, and efficiency

• Integrating claims automation tools with core policy and payment systems

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers on requirements

• Facilitating workshops and supporting the full project lifecycle through to testing

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance sector

• Proven expertise in insurance claims platforms and processes

• Experience working within regulated environments and Agile delivery teams

• Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation

• Must have the right to work in the UK and be eligible for security vetting
