Business Analyst - Claims Transformation Programme
Contract: 6 months
Rate: Up to £400 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Fully Remote - must be UK based

The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Business Analyst to join a high-profile Claims Transformation Programme, supporting the rollout of a key Claims Automation initiative.
This role sits at the heart of change, working closely with business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and third-party suppliers to deliver streamlined, automated solutions that improve both operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements for the Claims Automation project
- Map and assess current and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation
- Work closely with stakeholders across Claims, Operations, IT, and external suppliers
- Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework
- Support delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Produce clear documentation including process maps, use cases, and business cases
- Support project governance, reporting, and delivery assurance
- Operate effectively at pace, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within insurance (strongly preferred)
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Strong background in Agile delivery
- Experience working with third-party suppliers/vendors
- Exposure to process automation or digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and documentation capabilities
