PMO Analyst - Claims Transformation Programme

The Opportunity
We're are assisting a client to source an experienced PMO Analyst to join a high-impact Claims Transformation Programme, supporting the delivery of a key Claims Automation project.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in driving project governance, reporting, and delivery within a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, helping ensure the programme runs smoothly and delivers real business value.
What You'll Be Doing
As a PMO Analyst, you'll take ownership of core PMO activities and act as a key link between the delivery team and governance structures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing high-quality, timely project reporting to support decision-making
- Managing and maintaining risks, issues, and dependencies
- Supporting project planning and milestone tracking, identifying risks and driving follow-up actions
- Acting as the interface between delivery teams and governance forums
- Coordinating and facilitating key project meetings, including documentation of decisions and actions
- Ensuring adherence to project governance standards and frameworks
- Supporting delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst within complex delivery environments
- Experience within the insurance sector
- Strong understanding of PMO governance, reporting, and controls
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery frameworks
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Key Accountabilities
- Own the production and quality of project reporting
- Apply and uphold governance standards across risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support the Project Manager with planning, tracking, and delivery oversight
- Maintain strong alignment with governance and reporting frameworks
- Prepare and support project meetings, ensuring actions and decisions are tracked and followed up.
