Dynamics 365 CRM & Business Central Developer | £450 - £500
We're working with a rapidly expanding UK IT Managed Services Provider that is heavily investing in the automation of their internal ecosystem on this exciting opportunity. This is a high-impact contract role where you will bridge the gap between CRM and Business Central to drive operational excellence.
As a key technical figure, you will be responsible for re-engineering the internal Dynamics environment, ensuring seamless workflows and robust data flow across the business. You’ll leverage the full Power Platform stack to turn a core platform into a powerful automation engine.
The Role
- Lead the stabilization and technical improvement of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to support business growth.
- Design and deliver complex integrations between Dynamics 365 Sales/Service and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Build and deploy advanced automations using Power Automate to streamline the end-to-end customer journey.
- Optimize internal CRM processes, focusing on data integrity, custom entities, and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical Dynamics 365 solutions.
What You'll Need
- Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) development, including C# plugins and JavaScript web resources.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and understanding its integration capabilities.
- Proven track record of delivering CRM/ERP integrations using Power Automate, Logic Apps, or custom APIs.
- Strong background in Power Platform development and automating complex business logic.
- Excellent communication skills to operate effectively within a remote UK-based engineering team.
