Senior Product Owner - Finance Transformation (FP&A)

Front and centre of a major Finance transformation, shaping how a bank plans, forecasts, and drives performance-owning real business outcomes, not just a backlog.

The role:

• Own and drive FP&A product roadmap aligned to Finance strategy
• Lead an Agile squad delivering across ERP/planning platforms
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Technology
• Prioritise high-value initiatives across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Drive adoption, change, and new ways of working across the organisation

What we're looking for:

• Strong FP&A/Finance background (banking preferred)
• Experience in Finance transformation or ERP/planning tools (SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Workday)
• Proven Product Owner/Agile delivery experience
• Confident stakeholder influencer-able to challenge and align at senior level
• Track record of driving change, not just delivery
