End User Support Specialist - Contract - Outside IR35 - Torquay - URGENT - Immediate Start


Futures is supporting a Public Sector organisation who urgently need an End User Support Specialist on a Contract basis. The organisation is on the verge of a large go-live and require someone to support end users who will require the new software to be rolled out to their Desktop PCs and mobile devices (predominantly iOS).


The End User Support Specialist will work across 8 sites across the local Torquay area, resolving allocated incidents such as O365, Windows 10/11 and iOS.


The End User Support Specialist must have prior experience of supporting the above systems and be comfortable with traveling to sites, for which they will be reimbursed. You'll have strong O365, Windows and iOS experience and ideally have worked with a very wide-range of stakeholders of all seniority.
