Business Analyst Contract - Paying up to £540 Per Day, Outside IR35, Based in Bath, Hybrid Working (Atleast 2 days in office per week), To Start ASAP, 12 Month Contract

Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of system integrations for a major Unit4 ERP CR implementation.

You will act as the link between business stakeholders, functional workstreams, the internal integrations team, and the implementation partner, ensuring all integration requirements are captured, validated, documented, and successfully delivered.

The programme includes around 26 integrations across multiple source systems, requiring strong analytical skills, structured documentation, and hands on involvement throughout testing cycles.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting system integrations within ERP environments or large scale system implementation programmes
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for integration development
• Hands-on experience with integration testing, data validation, issue analysis, and defect resolution throughout the project life cycle
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to engage and coordinate effectively across technical teams, finance users, and wider business stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience producing high quality documentation, including data mappings, interface specifications, and related integration artefacts
• Significant experience working with Unit4 ERP (ideally Unit4 ERPx or ERP CR) and supporting Finance ERP processes
• Background working within Finance teams or supporting Finance functions, with a strong understanding of financial data flows, controls, and reporting
• Experience contributing to ERP cloud migration programmes, ideally involving the transition of Unit4 ERP to a cloud environment
