Business Analyst - Credit & Underwriting

Two roles exist.
6 months rolling contract - extension highly likely.
A financial services organisation in Cambridgeshire is undergoing a mortgage platform transformation and needs an experienced Business Analyst to support the credit and underwriting workstream.
You will analyse current and future-state credit and underwriting processes, controls, and decisioning journeys, working closely with members of the organisation you will Identify gaps and recommen solutions to optimise operational performance (As is - To be). Working across Risk, Underwriting, Operations, and Technology, you'll define solution scope and acceptance criteria for Back Office processing, and ensure lending policy is accurately and traceably reflected in both process and technical design.
The role covers the full delivery life cycle - requirements through to implementation - including design, testing, and business readiness activity to prepare teams for transition to new platform capabilities.

Individuals with exposure to working with external consultancies as a bridge between to the business will be of particular interest, but this is by no means mandatory.
