SAP Program Manager, SAP Programme Manager, SAP Cutover Manager

OUTSIDE IR35 - UK Remote with minimal travel - 9 months + Extensions

Evolve ERP are supporting a client going through large transformation programme. We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Programme Manager with a focus in Cutover management to lead end-to-end cutover planning and execution for a major HR transformation.

The programme is implementing SAP S/4HANA alongside SAP SuccessFactors. Build, integration and data migration are underway, with cutover planning commencing in 2026 and go-live planned for the second half of the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors cutover strategy and governance
  • Develop and maintain the integrated cutover plan, sequencing tasks, dependencies and critical path activities
  • Coordinate activities across data migration, integration, testing, infrastructure and business readiness
  • Lead cutover planning workshops, readiness reviews and mock cutovers
  • Establish and run the Cutover Command Centre during rehearsals and go-live
  • Manage cutover risks, issues and stakeholder reporting

Experience Required

  • Proven SAP S/4HANA cutover leadership on large ERP programmes
  • Experience delivering cutover for SAP SuccessFactors HR implementations
  • Strong background in programme delivery, data migration and system integration
  • Stakeholder Management

We're looking to speak to SAP S/4 Programme Managers who have great experience leading Cutover, dealing with very senior stakeholders in complex environments, and prior implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors - any exposure to Ariba being an advantage
