Business Analyst

Rate: £400–£500 per day (Outside IR35)

Duration: 12 months

Location: London – 1–2 days onsite per month

We’re supporting a government organisation with a finance function transformation and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support process and service design.

Must have:

• Strong as-is process mapping experience
• Experience designing and mapping processes for a government finance function
• Clear understanding of service delivery design
• Strong documentation skills (e.g. guidebooks, process documentation)

Nice to have:

• Experience training / upskilling teams on new processes
• Oracle experience

Outside IR35 with minimal onsite requirement. Long-term contract with extension potential.
