SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant - Outside IR35 - Remote

TalentBank Technology is working with a leading organisation to engage an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant on an initial 6-month contract. This role will focus on the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, working closely with client HR and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

The consultant will take ownership of the technical delivery across the full project life cycle, from requirements through to go-live and early-life support, while operating in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
  • Facilitate requirements and design workshops with client HR and Human Capital teams.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer to client teams, enabling them to independently manage and operate the solution post go-live.
  • Provide Level 1 support to live customers, maintaining high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with HRIS vendors and internal stakeholders as required to resolve issues and manage dependencies.
  • Work collaboratively with Success Assurance teams to ensure clients maximise value from their SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Support pre-sales activities, contributing to solution design, delivery approaches, and propositions where required.
  • Provide input into training, documentation, and enablement for client teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge of HCM solutions across the wider delivery organisation.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Talent modules.
  • Proven background working in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote contract role, while contributing effectively to distributed teams.
  • Experience providing peer support, coaching, or mentoring is desirable.
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant certification is essential, ideally at Professional level.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources (HR Practitioner designation advantageous but not essential).
