A leading UK organisation is seeking a Workday Recruitment/Talent module specialist to oversee the configuration, enhancement, and rollout of their hiring and performance systems.
What you’ll do
- Configure and manage Workday Recruitment and Talent modules
- Act as the Workday subject matter expert for system changes
- Gather requirements and turn them into simple, effective solutions
- Run user workshops and system demos
- Document changes using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft tools
- Support testing, deployments, and go-live activity
- Provide post-launch support to the business

- Confident working with business users
- Strong system and process mindset
- Comfortable owning changes end to end
This is an initial 6 month contract, outside IR35, offering competitive day rates.
