Job Title: Product Manager - Business Transformation (Asset, Investment & Wealth Management)

Overview
A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a major business transformation programme across Asset, Investment and Wealth Management.
The role will focus on driving a project-to-product operating model transformation, embedding product-led delivery, value streams and outcome-based ways of working within a complex buy-side environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product management across strategic transformation initiatives
- Drive the transition from project delivery to a product-centric operating model
- Define product vision, roadmaps and value-based outcomes
- Engage senior stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology
- Translate transformation objectives into prioritised product backlogs
- Define and track KPIs, OKRs and value metrics
- Support operating model change, governance and Agile/Product adoption
- Act as a hands-on product lead within large-scale transformation programmes
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering business transformation
- Demonstrable project-to-product transformation experience
- Strong background in Asset Management, Investment Management or Wealth Management
- Buy-side financial services experience is essential
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong Agile/Product delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid)
Desirable
- Target Operating Model (TOM) experience
- Data, platform or core investment/wealth systems exposure
- Consulting or change-focused programme background
