Overview

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support a major business transformation programme across Asset, Investment and Wealth Management.

The role will focus on driving a project-to-product operating model transformation, embedding product-led delivery, value streams and outcome-based ways of working within a complex buy-side environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product management across strategic transformation initiatives
• Drive the transition from project delivery to a product-centric operating model
• Define product vision, roadmaps and value-based outcomes
• Engage senior stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology
• Translate transformation objectives into prioritised product backlogs
• Define and track KPIs, OKRs and value metrics
• Support operating model change, governance and Agile/Product adoption
• Act as a hands-on product lead within large-scale transformation programmes

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering business transformation
• Demonstrable project-to-product transformation experience
• Strong background in Asset Management, Investment Management or Wealth Management
• Buy-side financial services experience is essential
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong Agile/Product delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, hybrid)

Desirable

• Target Operating Model (TOM) experience
• Data, platform or core investment/wealth systems exposure
• Consulting or change-focused programme background

• Initial 6-12 month contract with extension potential
