Zoho Analytic Reporting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Analytics Consultant to design, build, and optimise reporting dashboards within Zoho Analytics - the initial ask is for reporting on our service desk. This fractional role is ideal for a specialist who can work flexibly on a part-time basis to support our growing data and reporting needs.

Engagement Type: Outcome based

Commitment: Part-time, a couple of days per week or as needed to deliver milestone

Location: Remote (with options for occasional on-site meetings if required)

Start Date: As soon as available

IR35: Outside (pending final determination)

Budget: £8500 (guidance needed on this per milestone)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement reporting dashboards in Zoho Analytics based on business requirements.

- Integrate and model data from our internal systems, which contain several years of historical information.

- Lead the initial phase focusing on technical service desk and support reporting, ensuring clear visibility of key performance metrics.

- Provide guidance on best practices for data structure, reporting, and visualisation within Zoho Analytics.

- Identify opportunities to expand reporting capabilities across other internal systems using the same analytics platform.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, validate outputs, and iterate on dashboards.

- Offer training, knowledge transfer, and documentation to support ongoing internal use.

Requirements

- Proven experience building dashboards and data models in Zoho Analytics.

- Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and system integrations.

- Ability to translate business needs into clear reporting outputs.

- Experience working with service desk or technical support data (preferred).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
