Interim M&A Integration Programme Manager 6 Months | PE-Backed Industrials We're supporting a large cap PE-backed industrial business embarking on a significant European buy-and-build programme. With acquisitions progressing across Europe, we're looking for an experienced integration leader to take ownership from due diligence through to Day 1, operational integration and synergy realisation. This isn't a technology programme. It's a business integration role. You'll work directly with the European leadership team, coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, HR, Logistics, and IT, ensuring acquisitions are successfully integrated whilst maintaining commercial continuity.
