Director (Employment Tax) In a nutshell We're looking for an Employment Tax Director to play a pivotal role in the strategic growth and leadership of our Employment Tax practice. Driven by increasing client demand, this role is suited to an experienced employment tax leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial instincts, client leadership, and a clear focus on business development. As a Director, you'll lead complex, high-value advisory engagements, act as a trusted adviser to senior clients, and work closely with partners to shape and execute the future growth strategy of our Employment Tax offering. You'll advise across the full spectrum of employment tax matters (including PAYE, NICs, benefits-in-kind, IR35, global mobility, and reward strategy) while playing a central role in developing new services, expanding market presence, and building long-term client relationships.
