Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the 6 month contract role of Technical Support Analyst. Hybrid – 2 days a week in Cardiff £20 - £21.46 an hour (7.4 hour day) Umbrella only. Monday - Friday, full time. Your main responsibility will be to provide first line support for an area of our clients business systems. You’ll be responsible for managing requests received via the Support mailbox, from the first point of contact until resolution. A significant part of this support role will include the development of MIS reports using tools such as Microsoft Access, SQL Server and Power BI.
