Our client, a leading business services group backed by private equity, is seeking to hire a Workday ERP Programme Director. The incoming programme director will lead a large-scale, multi-country implementation of Workday Financial Management and Human Capital Management (HCM) as part of a global business transformation programme. The role is accountable for end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring Finance and People processes are standardised, scalable, and successfully adopted across all geographies. This will be a contract role outside IR35, with a daily rate of circa £1500pd. Company head offices are based in London but travel to other European geographies will be required.
