Senior IT Commercial / Sourcing Lead Rate: £450 per day Outside IR35 Duration: 9–12 months Location: London – 1–2 days per week on site Start: ASAP We are looking for an experienced IT Commercial / Sourcing Lead to support a major IT outsourcing re-procurement and supplier transition programme. You will lead the commercial workstream from sourcing strategy and market engagement through to contract award and transition. Key responsibilities Lead the sourcing and commercial strategy for outsourced IT services. Manage RFI/ITT activity, supplier evaluation and commercial negotiations. Develop contract schedules covering SLAs, KPIs, service credits, pricing, benchmarking and exit. Support the incumbent supplier exit and transition to the new provider. Work closely with procurement, legal, finance, technology and senior stakeholders. Support governance, business case and contract mobilisation activity.
