Lead Data Analytics Consultant (Payroll & HR) will lead the deployment of the following project phases: Discovery: Audit Legacy multi-currency spreadsheet models, data flows, and manual validation workflows to identify automation gaps and data risks. Data Modelling: Architect a standardised data model linking employee-level costs, payroll components, and budget vs. actual forecasts.
