Lead SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst - £400/day OUTSIDE IR35 - Remote - 12 Months We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to support a large-scale HR transformation program. This role requires deep SuccessFactors functional knowledge, strong business analysis and process design skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, global HR solutions. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with HR, Talent, Payroll, and IT teams, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to shape the future-state HR operating model. This will be a remote contract, however there could be occasional requests to visit UK client sites (Reading, Milton Keynes) for key points in the project timeline.
