We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to join our client on an initial 6-12 month contract (hybrid, London – 3 days onsite).
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specs and user stories
Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions
Support workshops, UAT, and deployment activities
Key Requirements:
Proven Salesforce BA / Functional Consultant experience
Strong experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud
