Delivery Lead (Secure by Design) £550-650 per day | Outside IR35 | 6 Months | Hybrid, South West We are supporting a major government programme seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive Secure by Design (SbD) activities across a complex portfolio of defence projects. This is not a traditional project management role. The environment is fast-moving, ambiguous, and often involves multiple workstreams progressing simultaneously with evolving priorities and unclear end states. Success will require someone who can bring structure, challenge assumptions, manage stakeholders, and ensure security remains embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
