Project Coordinator - HR & Finance Transformation We are working with a leading charity in the South West seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a major HR & Finance Transformation Programme. Working closely with the Programme Manager and wider project team, you will play a key role in coordinating activities, tracking deliverables and ensuring the programme runs smoothly. Key responsibilities: Maintain project plans, RAID logs, actions and milestone trackers. Coordinate project meetings, workshops and governance forums. Produce status reports, dashboards and programme documentation. Track project progress, dependencies, risks and issues. Support stakeholder engagement across HR, Finance, IT and third-party suppliers. Assist with testing, implementation planning and business readiness activities.
