We are looking for a heavy-hitting Business Analyst / Expansion Lead to spearhead the international growth engine for one of the UK’s fastest-growing fintech unicorns. This isn’t just about a single country launch; it’s about architecting a scalable, repeatable International Playbook to accelerate market entry across Europe. Sitting within the Customer Lifecycle team, you will lead a cross-functional taskforce—including Senior Staff Engineers and dedicated product squads—to coordinate a singular view of requirements for new market entries. You will navigate the entire ecosystem, from lead generation and KYC/Underwriting to in-life customer management.
