Senior Content Designer Hybrid - Newcastle once per week 3-6 month contract £500pd (Outside IR35) Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver clear, user-centred content that is not marketing-focused but service-oriented. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and refine content that meets user needs and adheres to service guidelines. - Analyse user feedback and data to inform content iterations and improvements. - Ensure content consistency and accessibility across digital platforms. - Lead content iterations based on stakeholders’ feedback and changing project requirements.
