Reed Technology is partnering with a leading public-sector organisation to recruit a Senior UX Researcher for an innovative digital transformation project. This role will lead end-to-end service design and research activities , ensuring solutions are inclusive, accessible, and grounded in user insight. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Product Managers and other involved stakeholders to define research objectives and the UX roadmap. Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to uncover needs, pain points, and motivations. Map and visualise customer journeys and service blueprints to identify improvement opportunities. Design new or enhanced services that deliver measurable value. Create low and high fidelity prototypes based on existing design patterns.
