Key Tasks: Discovery and baselining. Design and Requirements Testing Stakeholder Engagement Key Skills & Experience: Experience as a Business Analyst on digital change for a customer-facing service. Experience of mapping processes end-to-end (BPMN, swimlanes). Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements for system integrations. Building benefit cases. Experience in local government or other public bodies. Experience in Power BI
