Technical Author | Telecoms | Contract | 6 Months | Mostly Remote (South England) | Outside IR35 | £300-£400 per day I’m partnered with a specialist communications software business looking for a Technical Author to support a busy period of delivery tied to two major product releases. Their software integrates with Cisco hardware so this is a strong fit for someone who understands technical documentation in complex, on-prem environments rather than pure SaaS / cloud products. This role will work closely with the permanent Technical Author, helping to manage a spike in workload as the business prepares for key releases to their UI.
