Our Telecoms client is looking for a Change Manager to join their team. This is a 3 - 6 months contract initially and fully remote. The rate is £290 per day outside IR35. You will work within an ITIL based Change Management framework in which standardised methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all technology changes. This is to minimise the impact of change related incidents upon service quality and consequently improve the day-to-day operation of client and its Customers. The successful candidate will be working with a Telecoms end client across various projects. This role requires a strong background in telecoms operations and change management, with particular emphasis on raising and managing CRQs within a controlled environment.
