Seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of an online acquisition into a retail business. The role will focus on supporting the transition to a single TOM managing the human impact of process and system changes driving adoption and minimising disruption. The expected approach will be a discovery assessment/impact assessment to then build the change plan. Our client wants a self starter, who is able to navigate roadblocks, bring people on board and drive a pace of change with super adoption levels.
