I'm working with a UK-based organisation in a regulated environment on a short contract engagement and we're looking for a people change specialist to support us with the following. Role: Change Management Specialist (SOW) Goal: Design, build and validate an organisation-wide Change Methodology + Artefact Toolkit (templates, tools, guidance) to enable consistent change delivery across programmes/projects. Scope: May - September Working pattern: Mainly remote , with occasional on-site workshops as needed (part time - just needed site presence for workshops and availability for some Teams calls to align on progress. IR35: Outside IR35 What you'd be doing: Facilitate discovery/co-design workshops to assess current approach, gaps and maturity Define a practical change methodology (stages, activities, governance touch points, roles) Create an end-to-end toolkit (eg, impact assessment, stakeholder plan, readiness assessment, comms plan, training needs...
