Service Designer (SMA) | 3-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Hybrid We are looking for an experienced Service Designer to join a major transformation programme, supporting the design and improvement of operational IT services across a complex enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role focused on IT service and operational design , working closely with architecture, engineering, operations and security teams to create scalable, sustainable service models and operating frameworks.
