The Company Our client is a growing, professional services business with a strong reputation in its market and a busy, fast-moving working environment. The organisation has invested heavily in modernising its wider IT estate and is now turning its attention to its core case management platform. The business currently uses Liberate as a central system across a number of departments. While a future move to a new web-based case management system is likely, Liberate will remain business-critical for the foreseeable future. As a result, the organisation is looking to bring in dedicated expertise to improve, support and optimise the platform, while also helping shape the foundations for any future system migration. This will be a day date contact engagement for 6 - 12 months initially and could lead to something permanent if interested in that option.
