We are seeking a Service Transition Manager to act as deputy to the Head of Service Delivery, who is the gatekeeper to production across several NHS programmes. You will run the service transition workstream within projects led by their own project managers. This is a manager-level service transition role with service trantision expertise as opposed to generic project management. You will define what System Support teams need in place before each go-live, and hold the projects to delivering it through Acceptance into Service artefacts. You will also lead due diligence and onboarding as the systems move into live, covering knowledge transfer and service support documentation. Finally, you will create the ITIL processes the team will operate across Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Configuration Management.
