Essential Requirements Reliability and infrastructure services. Focus on patching of vulnerabilities with our digital Windows and WMWare environment within our data centers and Cloud environments. Service Scope and Deliverables System and application patching on the following technologies: Citrix. Hardware. VMWare. Windows Server. M365. Core data centre services such as AD, Group Policy, DNS, VPN, AV, MFA, WSUS, SCCM, monitoring tools etc. SAN storage and backup. Multi Factor Authentication. MS Azure Vulnerability assessment and patch identification. Patch prioritisation and risk scoring Patching using technologies WSUS and Tanium. Testing and deploying patching to ensure they do not impact production Confirmation and validation of successful patch deployment Creation and input into RFC process as part of ITSM GCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
