Service Scope and Deliverables System and application patching on the following technologies: Citrix. Hardware. VMWare. Windows Server. M365. Core data centre services such as AD, Group Policy, DNS, VPN, AV, MFA, WSUS, SCCM, monitoring tools etc. SAN storage and backup. Multi Factor Authentication. MS Azure Vulnerability assessment and patch identification. Patch prioritisation and risk scoring Patching using technologies WSUS and Tanium.
